Transformer Description:
The fuse wire of the transformer, the multi-station ring load switch and the no load tap changer are all installed in the transformer tank as parts of the transformer, and it is easy to replace the fuse wire or operate the load switch outside the tank to change the operating condition of the transformer. The high voltage side is supplied with power by an elbow cable that can be plugged and removed with load. The low voltage outlet bin is installed outside the fuel tank, and the space in the bin can be equipped with protection devices and measuring instruments as required. All live parts are in the box, no exposed live parts. Because the main components are in the tank, we call it a padmounted transformer, rather than a substation.
