GENERAL INTRODUCTION
Pad-mounted type substation, also known as American or European prefabricated substation. It is a compact complete set of power distribution equipment that combines high-voltage switchgear, distribution transformer and low-voltage switchgear according to a certain wiring scheme. It is usually used in urban urban and rural buildings, luxury villas, square parks, residential quarters, industrial and mining enterprises and temporary power construction sites for receiving and distributing power in the power distribution system.

Easy maintenance
Hermetically-sealed structure is adopted for the tank, and transformer could be maintenance free. Elbow-type T-connector enables very convenient installation and dismantling. Plug-in type fuse is mounted on the tank side wall, which is very convenient for replacement and maintenance.
Low noise level
Optimized design enables very low noise level of the whole pad-mounted transformer, which is the best choice for installing residential neighborhood.
High protection level
All welding structure for the enclosure and the overall protection level is higher than IP33, thus to effectively avoid water and small animal's invasion.
High weather-adaptability
Special praying and painting technology is adopted for the tank and enclosure, with strict pre-processing and different spraying and drying process, thus giving transformer excellent weather-adaptability, could be widely applied in such special harsh environment as mining, desert, plateau and etc..
High mechanical strength & Leakage-free
Steel plate of not less than 6mm thickness is adopted for tank manufacturing, after bending and full welding, resulting in high mechanical strength. The product could pass 50kPa pressure without distortion. Each transformer should pass50kPa oil-leakage test at ex-work test before delivery from the factory.
Tank and enclosure are installed on the channel steel base, to ensure pad-mounted transformer's robust structure and no distortion during the transportation.
