The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) released the National Energy-Saving & Carbon Reduction Technology and Equipment Recommendation Catalog (2024 Edition). Two high-efficiency energy-saving transformer products from Pearl Electric were listed, marking national recognition of its technological capabilities in energy-efficient equipment.
The two high-efficiency energy-saving transformer models are SCBH19-NX1 Amorphous Alloy Dry-Type Power Transformer and SCB18-NX1 Case Resin Dry-Type Power Transformer.
The SCBH19-NX1 amorphous alloy dry-type power transformer employs mechanical simulation analysis to ensure structural stability and reliability. Its distinctive "three-phase five-limb" structure combined with epoxy resin casting technology grants it exceptional no-load performance. Through simulation analysis, the amorphous magnetic core material and innovative structural design effectively eliminate resonance modes, achieving further noise reduction.
The SCB18-NX1 case resin dry-type power transformer achieves high-efficiency energy conversion and reduced energy losses through high-permeability, low-loss silicon steel laminations. Its flame-retardant resin vacuum casting technology enhances fire resistance, minimizes operational losses, and guarantees long-term operational stability. Both transformer models exceed the Level 1 energy efficiency requirements specified in the GB 20052 "Minimum Allowable Values of Energy Efficiency and Energy Efficiency Grades for Power Transformers" standard. Compared to conventional SCB10 series dry-type transformers, their no-load losses have been reduced by 80% and 40% respectively, while load losses have both decreased by 10%, demonstrating remarkable energy-saving performance.
