After-Sales Interview – Pearl Electric Transformer Highly Recognized by Philippine Grid Operator NPC!

Recently, the overseas team of Pearl Electric visited the headquarters of the Philippine grid operator NPC (National Power Corporation) for an after-sales interview regarding product experience and feedback.

The on-site operation and maintenance team of NPC expressed that the 1500kVA oil-immersed transformer supplied by Pearl had been successfully installed in the NPC headquarters' power room and was running in good condition. NPC provided feedback that Pearl Electric's transformer operates well, exhibits reliable quality, and the service is meticulous. Pearl Electric promptly addressed issues before and after the transformer installation, and NPC looks forward to more collaboration with Pearl Electric.

Pearl Electric supplied oil-immersed transformers to NPC's grid, transforming the voltage from 34.5KV to 0.48kV. The product design follows IEC standards and includes hot-dip galvanizing to effectively extend the transformer's lifespan. This design solution, independently developed by Pearl Electric's design team, received high praise from the Philippine grid operator NPC.
