MANUFACTURING TECHNOLOGY OF OIL-FILLED TRANSFORMER
INSULATION CONSTRUCTION
The insulation class of oil-immersed power transformer is A class. The high-voltage coil and low-voltage coil are placed with the same center. Between the coils, use the thin paper cylinder with little oil clearance construction.
THE OIL TANK CONSTRUCTION
The tank is jointed with high-quality steel. The surface is eliminated rust phosphate coating and painted with the type of FVC anticorrosive paint. It has ability to prevent the corrosion from oil and chemical matter. It can be broadly applied to outdoors with bad environment for its contour artistic, easily installation and maintenance free.
ABOUT COMPONENTS
All the power transformers equipped with high-voltage bushing, low-voltage bushing, oil-release valve, earthling bolt, lifting board, name plate, pressure valve and so on. The transformers which are over 800KVA are equipped with signal thermometer and gas relay.
HOW TO AVOILD OIL LEAKAGE
· Selected high quality wide plate, vertical and non-splicing.
· All flange sealing surface finishing machinery to ensure the connection flange of the formation and smoothens to prolong the life time service of the seal.
· Adopting the double-seal structure to seal the box edges of the large and medium-sized transformer to ensure that the sealing surface along the boxes does not leak.
· Operating carefully with the shielded welding technology and other advanced technology can fully guarantee the quality of welding. X-ray detection technology is used to check each and every weld."
· The main components, such as casing, radiators, seals, diaphragm seals, butterfly valve, valve and valves are supplied by fixed-supplier. We select the high quality products manufactured by the domestic well-known manufactures with production licenses issued by the ministry of machinery.
· We use high elasticity & anti-Oil products (NBR) manufactured, and high quality components for seals.
